Luka Kariuki

Mr. Kariuki joined Soy Afric Ltd in 2015 as production manager.

He is a food science and technologist (B.s.c Food Science and Technology) with 9 years of experience in FMCG manufacturing and with sound academic background and in depth knowledge of management systems and exposure to formidable documentation and implementation practices of systems like ISO 22000, 9001, 14001, OHS/EMS, HACCP and Gemba Kaizen-Lean manufacturing practices.

At Soy Afric Ltd, Mr. Kariuki is involved in team leadership, quality management, productivity and operations controls. He is also involved in product design and purchasing, in collaboration with planners, controllers, production technicians and supervisors. His role is integrated with other functions, such as marketing, sales and finance.
